  • Chocolate (2016-2017): Joined during business crisis; refocused team and 3 factories on key operational drivers. Initiated pricing architecture, portfolio management, and channel strategy transformation. Turned heavy decline back to growth and increasing market share.

10-year progression from Channel Manager to Director. Consistently created new departments and business models to provide growth, being the driving force behind the transformation of the business unit.
  • Sales & Marketing Director (2012-2014): Led 100+ managers and 500 field reps after major restructuring. Transformed distributor business model. Put Nestlé Ice Cream back into competitive game with 50%+ top-line growth.
  • Country Business Manager, Mövenpick (2008-2012): Aligned Swiss HQ and Russian market on 3-year plan. Built brand ecosystem including first Mövenpick boutique cafe. Achieved 200% growth, doubled brand awareness.
  • Channel Development Manager (2004-2008): Created Retail Key Accounts department from 1 to 75 employees. Started direct delivery in Moscow (30 chains, 1,700 outlets) and St. Petersburg. Achieved 300% distribution and top-line growth.
